On the last week of holidays, we ran a very interesting culinary-alcoholic experiment. An unusually prestigious group decided to have an exceptionally original food pairing varied with cigars.
The participants of the meeting got acquainted with the secrets of producing the world’s most superb cheeses, to which we paired some excellent wines and then hand-made cigars.
The curiosities from the world of cheeses, such as the creation of noble mould, food pairing, making plates and purchase or storage, were diversified with a vivid history of one of the world’s most excellent wines’ producers. Eventually, each participant delighted in a cigar, specially selected according to everyone’s taste preferences.
Food pairings are usually limited to pairing wine with dishes. We wished to obtain harmony and intensify the tastes of the so often paired wine and cheese, this time additionally with controversial cigars.
