In September, 2008, Moët Hennessy Poland signed a contract with Pick and Taste to conduct a series of tastings.
Moët Hennessy Poland is part of LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton – the world’s biggest luxury-goods house. The group comprises brands such as Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Château d’Yquem, Hennessy, Louis Vuitton, Kenzo and TAG Heuer.
The contract covers a series of 10 tastings of single malt whisky – Glenmorangie and Ardbeg, addressed to hotel representatives, restaurants and specialist alcohol shops, which will be delivered by the end of 2008.
On September 16th, Glenmorangie was officially introduced into the Polish market. The event was celebrated with a tasting, during which it was possible to sample whiskies such as – Original, Extra Mature – Lasanta, Quinta Ruban, Nectar D’Òr and 18 year-old Extremely Rare. The following day Pick and Taste conducted a tasting of Ardbeg, which was accompanied by a presentation of the most expensive whisky in the world – Ardbeg Double Barrel.
The tastings conducted this year are a first step toward long-term cooperation between two companies promoting exclusive products and a refined lifestyle.
