International trade fair

On 22, 23 and 24 October 2007, in the halls of Warsaw International Expo Centre, 12/14, Prądzyńskiego Street, the third edition of the international trade fair of wine, spirits and beer, named Wine & Spirits Poland, took place. On the first day Pick and Taste company had the pleasure to conduct a multimedia training about whisky. Łukasz Sosiński, the president of CATA (Connoisseurs of Alcohol & Tobacco Association), gave a lecture on Single Malt Whisky. The speech was combined with the tasting of whisky by Inver House Distillers company, the firm which is known for products like Hankey Bannister or Old Pulteney. The training was directed to trade agents, wholesalers, HoReCa representatives and retail chains. The journalists of trade press and diplomatic posts representatives were present as well.
